Third Coast Chemical is a worldwide distributor of propylene glycol co-products including the lineup of JEFFCOOL® ethylene and propylene glycol products. We designed a direct expansion system utilizing a semi-hermetic screw compressor rack along with an evaporative condenser.  This job was a 10,500 ft² freezer, tasked to bring down 160 drums of Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI), from 104°F to 0°F in 24 hours.
