Mama Lycha is a company focusing on Latin American cuisine, offering over 600 products ranging from grocery, dairy, seafood, produce and frozen foods.  This project consisted of a 12,556 ft² freezer, 6,664 ft² cooler, 1080 ft² cheese packaging room, 660 ft² cream room, 3,264 ft² cheese processing room, and an additional 1,904 ft² cheese processing room, totaling 26,128 ft² of refrigerated space.  The design for this project consisted of a screw compressor rack for the freezer, and reciprocating compressor rack for the medium temp applications, utilizing stainless steel piping for all systems, and adiabatic condensers for both racks.
