JD’s is a 35,000 ft² cold storage warehouse consisting of 20,552 ft² freezer, a 3,400 ft² dual-temp room (cooler/freezer), (2) 3,400 ft² coolers, and a 3,840 ft² loading dock.  The design for this facility comprised of a screw compressor rack for the freezer, a reciprocating compressor rack for the medium temp rooms, all stainless-steel piping, and evaporative condensers for both racks.  The condensers have 3 fans each, with each fan controlled by its own VFD.
