Goya is an international food manufacturer/distributor and is the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the U.S.  We have worked with Goya for nearly twenty years, and on multiple developments.  This project consisted of a 21,812 ft² freezer, and a 5,445 ft²  5-Door loading dock.  This design comprised of a screw compressor rack for the freezer, a reciprocating compressor rack for the loading dock, stainless steel piping, and evaporative condensers with individual fans for redundancy and VFD drives controlled by individual controllers for both systems.
