Goya is an international food manufacturer/distributor and is the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the U.S.  We have worked with Goya for nearly twenty years, and on multiple developments.  This building is a 160,000 ft2 building that is kept at 60°F. We designed this system using two screw compressor racks, all stainless steel piping, (8) evaporators with VFD fan motors that adjust fan speed based off of zone temperature average, and (2) evaporative condensers with individual fans for redundancy and VFD drives controlled by individual controllers.
