Greenspan is a global company that manufactures and distributes insulated metal panels, based out of Waller, TX.  We have had a long-standing relationship with this company and were selected to design and install their HVAC system for their new 130,000 ft² manufacturing facility.  The design for this new building included (5) 120-ton Air Cooled Chillers, VFD pump packages, and (5) 120-ton Outdoor Air Rotation units. This project also included a 20,000 CFM exhaust fan, with a VFD, for the compressor room, (2) 4 ton split systems for the office, breakroom, restroom, and shop, along with (1) 950 CFM supply fan and (1) 1,100 CFM exhaust fan.
