Wonton Foods is the largest manufacturer of noodles, wrappers, and fortune cookies in the United States, and was founded in New York City in 1973.  They now have plants in Long Island City, Plainview, Houston, and Nashville.  The 39,000 ft² existing freezer, needed a complete refrigeration upgrade. The new design needed to be capable of pulling 55,000 lbs., of 85°F product, below freezing in 24 hours. We were able to achieve this with (4) new evaporators, (6) new condensing units, new valves, along with (2) existing systems and new piping.
